2. What information we collect
When you submit a franchise enquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, home town or postcode, preferred territory, occupation, relevant experience, why you're interested, your ownership goals, approximate investment range, launch timescale, and how you heard about us.
We also use privacy-focused website analytics (see our Cookie Policy for details) that records anonymous, aggregate usage statistics — this doesn't identify you personally and isn't linked to any enquiry you submit.
3. How we use your information
We use the information from your enquiry to respond to you, assess your suitability for a franchise territory, and have a conversation about the opportunity. When you submit the enquiry form you're asked to separately confirm you consent to being contacted by email or telephone about the franchise opportunity, and that you accept this privacy notice — both are required before an enquiry can be sent. We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry data for 12 months from the date it's submitted, after which it's deleted unless you've asked us to keep it for longer — for example, because you're still in an ongoing conversation with us about a franchise territory.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it's inaccurate, to ask us to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent to being contacted at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at samanthajsan@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
